Supply Chain Act Officer (Human Rights Officer)
We are happy to take on the role of supply chain law officer
We can provide you with a Supply Chain Act Officer or support your own Supply Chain Act Officer in your company.
Supply Chain Act Officer (Human Rights Officer) according to LkSG
The Supply Chain Act does not directly require a Supply Chain Act Officer (Human Rights Officer) - but then indirectly recommends it.
In §4 (3) LkSG, companies are required to appoint a human rights officer for operational tasks and monitoring activities, e.g. in supply chain law risk management. The legislator probably did not even realize how much operational effort companies will have to deal with the Due Diligence Act.
If you lack the capacity or the know-how for this, then we will be happy to support your company with the appointment of an external Supply Chain Act Officer (Human Rights Officer).
